Ordering made to order Textiles:

Once an order for a Throw or Cushion is placed through our online shop, we start the production process on your item. Production usually takes 3-4 weeks. At times orders are ready sooner or make take a little longer than 4 weeks. All of which is dependent on when orders are placed and holiday schedule etc. We will keep you constantly update on production progress via the email you listed on the order. 

Custom color & sizes of Throws and cushions?

We are able to match custom colors and size of our made to oder Throws and Cushions. Email us - custom@jmgenerals.com with any questions and/or the details of your order. Custom orders are non-refundable or returnable. Prices and production lead times applicable on application. 

Wholesale?

We do not wholesale our online collections. We have collaborated with a few retail partners across the US, where we have developed exclusive custom scented products for each client. Email us - general@jmgenerals,com with inquiries or questions. 

Swatches and samples?

We are able to provide swatch samples of our American Cashmere textile products at a cost dependent on the swatch or sample requirement.
